Exchanging your Wall Sticker

We ask that you read the description accompanying the wall sticker to avoid any misunderstanding of it. It is possible that a discrepancy between the photos and actual goods exist, for example, stickers may appear larger in the photo than the dimensions specified, or the on screen colours of our products may vary slightly due to the variables in screen resolution and technology.  If you are unsure about a particular product please feel free to contact us to gain more information.  We strive to respond to emails within 24 hours.

If for some reason you are unhappy with the product and have not opened it then you may return the product.  As long as the returned product is in the same unused/unopened condition as when you received it then you can exchange it for a different product in stock of the same value, with an additional postage charge.  You must also pay the return postage. Please note that due to resell only unopened products in their original packaging are returnable.

Damaged or Defective Wall Stickers

Our products are of high quality and we believe you'll be very happy with Wall Sticker Shop wall stickers, however if you receive a product from us that is damaged then please contact us as soon as possible. We will replace merchandise that is damaged due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage within 30 days of the date of purchase. The product must be in unused condition and in the original unopened packaging. You are required to pay the return postage and this is non-refundable.  We will however post the replacement sticker free of charge. All returns need to be authorised prior to returning stock so please contact first.
